Some of the movies we watched as kids managed to become so quotable that we almost wore them out even when weren't watching them.

You would hear people yelling out "You're killing me, smalls!" or "one million dollars!" (complete with the hand motion) and then after a while you no longer felt like you needed to watch those movies anymore.

Well, you still would, but by your hundredth rewatch of The Sandlot or Austin Powers, you knew all the words to the entire movie.

There are however, a few quotes that stuck with us forever. Sometimes it's just the throwaway lines that make you laugh the most, others it's one that seems like no one else finds it funny.

People have shared which lines have stood out to them, and they will immediately remind you of all your childhood favorites.

"Get back, witch"

The iconic line from The Princess Bride may not be the go-to line of the movie because fans are too busy reciting Inigo Montoya's monologue, or "as you wish," but the part with Billy Crystal is definitely the best part of the movie.

The exchange is between Miracle Max and his wife Valerie, and it's the very best moment.

The quick scene with these two characters manages to remain funny even after seeing the classic movie dozens of times.

The movie is one of those iconic 90s teen movies that our childhoods wouldn't be the same without, and this quote, while not always remembered, is still a classic.

Because the movie isn't as popular as it should be, saying the following quote out loud will often result in a lot of strange looks.

The concept of this movie is absolutely insane, but honestly, we all loved it.

It's a zany and quirky movie about a babysitter dying on the job, leaving the 17-year-old Sue Ellen to take care of her siblings. She gets a job to help pay for everything, but the iconic line that we all can't help but quote is probably how we all learned about sarcasm.

Poor little Tai. She was lucky to have made friends quickly, but it does kind of suck that her friends immediately vowed to change her.

Steel Magnolias is a really dramatic movie, but the women are tough as steel.

Shelby has the most upsetting story in the movie, but the moment we all remember will always be what her mother says to her.

Back to the Future is one of the most iconic movies of the 80s, but most people remember more of Michael J. Fox's lines, or Christopher Lloyd's lines, but it's the one yelled by Biff Tannen that really stuck with a lot of people.

Dirty Dancing most famous quote is of course "Nobody puts baby in the corner" but there are a lot of classics.

The one that stood out to one user, was said by Baby's dad. He's a really interesting character, so it's nice that one of his lines is someone's favorites.

Watching Airplane! when you were young was a little bit interesting because chances are you didn't actually understand 75% of the jokes.

But personally for me, this one line is what I quote the most. You have to make sure you get Rose's frozen and scratchy voice perfectly, but when you do, it's absolutely great.

Although fair warning, no one knows why you sound like you're dying, so brace yourself for some confused looks.

Although it's a heartbreaking moment when Rose has to let go of her love, she decides that she needs to keep fighting to survive.

Everyone remembers "I'll never let you go, Jack" but this one is way more fun to say.
