We first met The Jetsons fifty-five-years-ago when it premiered on ABC. Their futuristic world made us all dream about the potential of flying cars and robot maids.  ABCThe original series took place in 2062, which doesn't sound as far away as it used to. We are apparently only 45 years out from flying cars. I'm not going to hold my breath...ABCThe show followed George Jetson and his family as they dealt with their regular family life in the year 2062.  A lot of the situations they encountered were still familiar to us, they just had cooler cars
