The 'Dawson's Creek' Cast Reunited And It'll Make You Wish You Could Go Back To Capeside
Dawson's Creek was one of the most iconic shows on television in the 90s. It was basically all of our first glimpses of what teen drama looked like, and even though our lives were nothing like those of Capeside, we sure felt like we were a part of it.
Personally, I was always a fan of Joey Potter. She had such an interesting backstory and I felt really bad that she lost her mother. I was always on Team Pacey too, so the fact that they ended up together was everything we wanted.
Dawson's career obviously turned out okay and he made his own documentary series so he was obviously just fine. But I always thought that saying goodbye to Jen was really horrible though. I wish they hadn't have killed her off!
It's hard to believe that Dawson's Creek premiered 10 years ago now, but it's the truth! Back in 1998, this teen soap opera started and it helped pave the way for shows like The OC and One Tree Hill.
Now teen dramas are all over the networks, and while you can't really say that's just because of Dawson's Creek, I'm 100% certain that the success of that show had to have helped.
The show ended in 2003, after six seasons. But Entertainment Weekly has decided to bring together our Capeside crew once again, and it's a real flash of nostalgia to see them all back together again.
They brought back, Dawson (James Van Der Beek), Joey (Katie Holmes), Jen (Michelle Williams), Pacey (Joshua Jackson), Jack (Kerr Smith), Audrey (Busy Philipps), Andie (Meredith Monroe), and Grams (Mary Beth Peil) to take some truly stunning photos and talk about the show.
