Inspector Gadget might have been pretty useless, but his theme song was pretty awesome. In all honesty the theme song should have been more about Penny and Brain since we all know they were the real brains behind the whole operation.

Narf! They wanted nothing more than to take over the world, but alas, it just wasn't going to happen. You have to give them points for persistence though! They did manage to break out of their small part on Animaniacs and get their own show though, so at least there's that!
