It's hard to tell what movie is going to be the next big smash-hit, especially when all you have to go on is the script. In the case of these 15 movies, their stars might've genuinely thought that these would launch them to stardom, but instead they practically ruined their careers.

Alicia Silverstone - Batman and Robin
